Abortion refers to the expulsion of a fetus dead or alive of the uterus between 42 days until approximately 280 days of gestation, when the latter is unable to carry out an independent life in an extra-uterine environment. Only 30% to 40% of fetuses aborted bovine animals present etiological diagnosis defined in virtue of multiple causes involved.
