The Fudan Participation in the 2015 BioASQ Challenge: Large-scale Biomedical Semantic Indexing and Question Answering

Abstract

This article describes the participation of Fudan team in the 2015 BioASQ challenge. The challenge consists of two tasks, large- scale biomedical semantic indexing (task 3a) and biomedical question answering (task 3b).
