Abstract

Reviewers play an essential role in producing a quality journal. Th ey make judgements on the scientifi c merit, the educational signifi cance of the topic and the readability of the manuscript. Th ey oft en make recommendations to the author(s) on how to further enhance the quality of their manuscript. Th ese recommendations are essential in assisting the editors make decisions on whether to accept or reject a manuscript.
