Abstract

Blood's [1973] Job Orientation Inventory was used in identifying work-reward preference patterns specific to Australians. A high degree of agreement with a U.S. sample supports recent findings of minor cross-national occupational differences. Implications for alternative reward structures and reward conflicts are discussed.
