Abstract

Learning Objectives: After reading this article, the participant should be able to: 1. Identify the incidence, age distribution, and clinical findings in patients with choroid plexus tumors. 2. Describe the CT and MRI findings in patients with choroid plexus tumors. 3. Define the pathological features of choroid plexus tumors and other tumors included in their differential diagnosis. 4. Explain the operative considerations and different surgical approaches used in the treatment of choroid plexus tumors of different locations. 5. Describe the management of complications and the long-term outcome of patients with choroid plexus tumors.
