Abstract

Our work demonstrates that vesicular trafficking complexes, containing VPS33B, are a novel class of modifiers of integrin function. Our data also provide insights into the molecular mechanism and treatment of arthrogryposis, renal dysfunction, and cholestasis syndrome.
