Importance of Myeloid Dendritic Cells in Persistent Airway Disease after Repeated Allergen Exposure

Abstract

These data suggest that repeated allergen exposure leads to progressive decreases in AHR and allergic inflammation, through decreases in myeloid dendritic cell numbers.
