Telomerase Expression Predicts Unfavorable Outcome in Osteosarcoma

Abstract

Telomerase expression in primary tumor samples is associated with decreased PFS and OS in patients with osteosarcoma. Additional studies are warranted to better define the clinical utility of this molecular marker.
