Abstract

MAP kinase is activated in TS-related neoplasia in mice and humans. Inhibition of MAP kinase leads to decreased tumor growth in vivo. Pharmacological inhibition of MAP kinase may be a therapeutic target in the prevention and treatment of TS-related tumors.
