Abstract

E7 subunit vaccines plus cisplatin mediate antitumor therapeutic synergy through the increased sensitivity of cisplatin-treated tumors to CTL-mediated killing. Moreover, E7-based therapeutic vaccines have the potential to improve chemotherapy in patients with cervical cancer.
