Abstract

The low overexpression rate of HER-2/neu (8.0%) in advanced CRC limits the potential for further investigation of regimens involving trastuzumab, despite evidence suggestive of activity. Irinotecan did not alter the pharmacokinetic disposition of trastuzumab.
