Self-Crosslinking and Surface-Engineered Polymer Vesicles

Abstract

Powerful vesicles with great stability and multiple surface functionalities, like vesicles coated with gold nanoparticles (Au-crosslinked vesicles (CVs)), BSA proteins (BSA-CVs), nucleic acids (DNA-CVs), or carboxy groups (carboxy-CVs), are successfully prepared through a so-called “precrosslinking and postfunctionalization” method and by a very simple one-step “mixing and grafting” process.
