Creating innovative behavior among R&D professionals: the moderating effect of leadership on the relationship between problem-solving style and innovation

Hierarchical regression analysis was used to test whether problem-solving style interacted with leadership variables (leader-subordinate relationship and manager role expectations) in determining innovative behavior in a sample of R&D professionals.
