Emodin suppresses inflammatory responses and joint destruction in collagen-induced arthritic mice

Abstract

These findings suggest that emodin exerts anti-inflammatory effects in CIA mice through inhibition of the NF-κB pathway and therefore may have therapeutic value for the treatment of RA.
