Dielectric Constant, Loss Tangent, and Attcnuation were measured over the 500MHz to 20 CHz frequency range for advanced ceramic materials and benchmarked against conductors on 96% Alumina substrates and conventional and high performance Printed Wiring Board (PWB) laminates. Thick Film photopattemed conductor compositions on 96% Alumina substrates had attenuation comparable to high performancc Polytetrafluoroethylenc (PTFE) laminates over the frequency range tested. FodclO photopatterned Thick Film conductor compositions had attenuation equivalent to that of the Thin Film conductor. Low Temperature Cofired Ceramic (LTCC) Green TapeTM multilayer had lower overall attcnuation than FR-4, Polymide, and BT Epoxy copper clad laminates in the frcquency range tested.
