Six indium phosphide integrated circuits power the front end of Agilent's new Infiniium 90000 X-Series Oscilloscope and InfiniiMax III Probing System. Setting a new standard in real-time oscilloscope performance, the chipset delivers 32 GHz of true analog bandwidth directly in hardware and is ideally suited to characterize and debug the high-speed signals of emerging serial data standards, fully capturing the fifth harmonic of 12.5 Gb/s signals and the third harmonic of 21 Gb/s signals.
