X-ray diffraction data from the high pressure phase of AlSb

Abstract

Powder diffraction data from a high pressure phase of AlSb have been obtained using the energy dispersive diffraction technique with synchrotron radiation from the Cornell High Energy Synchrotron Source. The diffraction pattern of the high pressure phase of AlSb has been indexed with an orthorhombic unit cell.
