Interaction Between Paliperidone and Carbamazepine

Abstract

The results of the present study suggest that adjunctive treatment with carbamazepine reduces the concentration of paliperidone in a dose-dependent manner, most likely because of the induction of several drug-metabolizing enzymes and several drug transporters.
