We have used the Doppler-tuned ion-beam, laser-spectroscopy method to measure the hyperfine intervals in the $2^{3}S$ and $2^{3}P^{\ensuremath{\circ}}$ states of $^{7}\mathrm{Li}^{+}$. Our resolution was 10 times that of the best previous measurement. In contrast to the earlier experimental work we find excellent agreement between our measurements and the theoretical values.
