Journal Article The potential of dual-language cross-cultural peer review Get access Todd Ruecker Todd Ruecker Todd Ruecker is a doctoral student in rhetoric and composition with a focus in L2 writing at the University of Texas at El Paso. His research interests include curriculum development for multilingual writers, issues surrounding linguistic identity labels, and the placement of multilingual writers in writing programmes. His dissertation project is focused on multilingual Latino students transitioning to college.
