Standardizing a simpler, more sensitive and accurate tail bleeding assay in mice

Abstract

Determination of bleeding pattern and bleeding volume, in addition to bleeding time, improved the sensitivity and accuracy of this assay, particularly when platelet function is partially inhibited.
