A bstract : Antigen‐specific naive T cells accumulated in Peyer's patches only after the feeding of antigen. DCs that captured oral antigen interacted with these T cells in the IFR of PP. Some of these T cells acquired a similar phenotype to CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells and CCR9 + gut‐homing T cells.
