Abstract

Three SNPs in CACNA1D or CACNA1C are genetic polymorphisms conferring sensitivity to the antihypertensive effects of L-type dCCBs in patients with hypertension. The BP reduction by L-type dCCBs might be predicted by evaluating these polymorphisms.
