Abstract

Although the developed sensitive cTnI assay without cTnAAb interference takes too long for diagnostic purposes, it could serve as an important analytical tool for exploring the impact of cTnAAbs for cTn testing and for unraveling the etiology behind cTn-related autoimmune responses.
