Abstract

Summary In this paper, I will first provide some background to working with adult groups. Then, I will highlight key influences on the development of a new approach to working with teacher groups, and describe how the approach was carried out with a group of secondary teachers. Finally, I will propose a working model for effective reflection and mutual support that allows for 'pupil planning' and look toward future circles of people who might usefully join together to reflect and offer mutual support.
