The Expression of the HL‐A Antigens on Human Spermatozoa

Abstract

Double and single fluorescent labelling techniques were used to study HL‐A antigens in human spermatozoa. Between 56 and 68 % of sperm suspension was labelled with apparent haploid expression thereof on the head of the sperm.
