Photosensitivity of the EPR spectrum of the F⁺ center in ZnO

Abstract

Abstract The F + charge state of the oxygen vacancy in ZnO is created by means of an electron irradiation performed at an energy lower than the energy threshold for zinc displacements. Charge state changes of this defect observed by EPR under illumination are also described.
