Active substrate coupling noise reduction methodfor ICs

Abstract

An innovate active noise reduction method for mixed-signal design is presented. This active method which uses a negative feedback technique can reduce the substrate coupling noise by up to 83%. Test results from the MOSIS 1.2 µm CMOS process and SPICE simulation are reported.
