A Randomized Trial of Genotype-Guided Dosing of Acenocoumarol and Phenprocoumon

Abstract

Genotype-guided dosing of acenocoumarol or phenprocoumon did not improve the percentage of time in the therapeutic INR range during the 12 weeks after the initiation of therapy.
