A module fabrication procedure is outlined, and the current status of device performance is described. Operating at development scale, a high proportion of 300 mm*300 mm solar cells exhibit efficiencies over 8% and a record efficiency for thin film CdTe of 10.1% is reported. Module reliability tests include outdoor monitoring of the efficiency stability and laboratory environmental tests.< <ETX xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">></ETX>
