Wegener's granulomatosis: the relationship between ocular and systemic disease.

Abstract

Ocular inflammation can occur with or without obvious systemic manifestations of WG. It may represent the first sign of WG that enables the knowledgeable physician to diagnose this potentially lethal disease.
