Squalene Epoxidase of Rat Liver

Abstract

The microsomal enzyme system from rat liver which catalyzes the epoxidation of squalene to 2,3-oxidosqualene (squalene epoxidase) has been investigated further with 10 ,ll-dihydrosqualene as the artacial substrate.Liver
