Abstract

Based on t heoret ical calculatio ns of p ow der diraction data it is show n that the assumption of the inni te crystal lattice for small particles is not j ustied , leads to signicant changes of the diraction patterns, and may lead to erroneous interpretation of the exp erimental results .
