Powder Diffraction

Powder Diffraction is a crystallographic technique within X-ray diffraction that analyzes the diffraction patterns produced by a finely ground polycrystalline sample to determine the atomic structure of materials, distinguished by its use of randomly oriented microcrystals yielding concentric Debye-Scherrer rings instead of discrete single-crystal spots.
