Objective: Purpose of this study was to provide Turkish version and investigate psychometric properties of the Conners’ Parent Rating Scale- Revised/ Long (CPRS-R/L) Form. Method: By the means of multistage sampling parents of 5355 children and adolescents aged 3-17 years old were enrolled in this study and confi rmatory factor analysis was performed for their responses to CPRS-R/L form. The structure validity of the scale was also investigated by the correlations with CPRS-48 and Revised Problem Behavior Checklist-RPBC. In addition, to evaluate structure validity, two groups scores (ADHD and non- ADHD groups) were compared. Internal reliability of CPRS-R/L was measured with Cronbach’s alpha coeffi cient and Spearman-Brown split half coefficient, and test-retest reliability was also investigated. Results: Confi rmatory factor analysis suggested that CPRS-R/L form’s structure derived from Turkish children were fit to the original structure of the scale. Correlations between long forms of the CPRS with CPRS-48, RPBC and CDI were demonstrated generally at the moderate level, and it was also showed that scale could discriminate the groups with and without diagnosis. Cronbach’s alpha and split halfcoeffi cient were 0.85- 0.55 and 0.80- 0.50 respectively. Test-retest reliability values were in the range of .073- 0.35.
