Youden Squares

Youden Squares is a type of incomplete block design in experimental statistics that generalizes Latin squares by arranging treatments in rows and columns such that each treatment appears exactly once in each row and at most once in each column, thereby enabling efficient control of two sources of variability under the constraint of incomplete treatment replication.
