Wrongful Removal

Wrongful Removal is a form of international parental child abduction in which a child is taken from the child’s State of habitual residence to another jurisdiction without the consent of the holder of rights of custody or a court authorization substituting such consent, thereby breaching custody rights that were actually being exercised (or would have been exercised) at the time of removal.
