Waterfront Circulation
Waterfront Circulation is an element of urban circulation planning that concerns the spatial organization and management of pedestrian, bicycle, vehicular, and water-based movement routes within and along waterfront areas so as to ensure safe, legible, and efficient access between the urban fabric and the water’s edge while supporting the functional, ecological, and experiential objectives of waterfront design.
