Vegetable Waste Fermentation

Vegetable Waste Fermentation is a biochemical conversion process in which microorganisms anaerobically metabolize organic constituents of plant-derived waste materials to produce value-added compounds such as biofuels, organic acids, or biogas, distinguishing it from other waste fermentation processes by its specific substrate source rooted in non-animal, post-harvest, or food-processing plant residues.
