Urban Siege
Urban Siege is a military engagement strategy constituting a prolonged, asymmetric confrontation in which state or non-state actors systematically isolate and exert coercive control over a densely populated urban area to compel adversary surrender, distinguished from other urban operations by its emphasis on encirclement, resource denial, and psychological pressure within complex civilian infrastructure.
