Two-stage Valuation Models
Two-Stage Valuation Models is a discounted cash flow valuation framework that partitions a company's forecastable cash flow stream into two distinct temporal phases—an initial stage of explicit projection characterized by non-constant growth rates and a terminal stage assuming a perpetual, stable growth rate—to estimate intrinsic value with greater precision than single-stage approaches.
