Trafficking Receptor Sorting

Trafficking Receptor Sorting is a cellular mechanism that selectively directs transmembrane receptors to specific intracellular destinations by recognizing cytoplasmic sorting signals and coupling them with vesicular transport machineries, such as adaptor protein complexes, to ensure precise spatial and temporal localization within the endomembrane system.
