Topology Mapping

Topology Mapping is a methodological framework within network and structural analysis that formally establishes the correspondence between the abstract connectivity patterns of a source topology and the physical or logical layout of a target topology, enabling systematic translation, optimization, and implementation across domains such as cloud networks, biological membrane protein structures, and torus-based interconnection architectures.
