Tenancy Contracts

Tenancy Contracts is a formal legal agreement within agricultural land markets that specifies the terms under which a landowner grants a tenant the right to use and cultivate land in exchange for rent, labor, or a share of the produce, thereby distinguishing it from outright land sales or informal land use arrangements.
