Template-assisted Patterning

Template-Assisted Patterning is a thin-film patterning technique that uses a prestructured template to guide the spatial deposition or removal of material, distinguishing itself from other patterning methods by relying on physical or chemical confinement imposed by the template to achieve high-resolution, reproducible nanostructures.
