Temperature Sensitivity
Temperature Sensitivity is a performance metric in subthreshold circuit design that quantifies the degree to which a circuit’s operational parameters, such as delay or leakage current, vary in response to changes in thermal conditions, distinguishing it from other environmental sensitivities by specifically characterizing thermal-induced instability in ultra-low-power regimes.
