Synaptic Vesicle Budding
Synaptic Vesicle Budding is a specialized form of intracellular membrane trafficking in which synaptic vesicles are generated through the selective curvature and scission of the presynaptic plasma membrane, mediated by clathrin-coated pit formation and associated adaptor proteins, to enable the recycling of neurotransmitter-filled vesicles at neuronal synapses.
