Subrogation Management

Subrogation Management is the systematic process within insurance operations whereby an insurer, after compensating a policyholder for a loss, assumes the legal right to pursue recovery of the paid amount from a third party deemed responsible for the loss, thereby distinguishing itself from general claims settlement by focusing on reclaiming costs through legally assigned rights of recovery.
