Subnanometer Resolution Analysis
Subnanometer Resolution Analysis is a computational and experimental framework in structural biology that enables the determination and interpretation of macromolecular architectures at spatial resolutions between 0.4 and 1.0 nanometers, where the distinguishing feature is the ability to discern secondary structural elements and subunit arrangements in cryo-electron microscopy maps without achieving atomic-level detail.
