Structure-based Allosteric Design
Structure-Based Allosteric Design is a computational and theoretical framework within allosteric drug design that leverages high-resolution three-dimensional structures of biomolecules to identify and engineer allosteric sites and modulators through precise spatial and energetic characterization of protein conformations and inter-residue interactions.
